Job Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads and prospects through various channels such as networking, cold calling, referrals, and online platforms.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and provide tailored solutions to potential customers.
- Present and promote our moving services to clients, highlighting our competitive advantages and value proposition.
- Prepare accurate and detailed estimates and proposals based on customer requirements.
- Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to secure profitable deals.
- Collaborate with our operations team to ensure smooth coordination of moving projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the moving or logistics industry.
- Strong persuasive and communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and compelling manner.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional education in sales or business-related fields is a plus).
Compensation: This position offers a competitive commission-based salary structure with unlimited earning potential. The more sales you generate, the higher your income will be. In addition, you will have the opportunity to earn bonuses and incentives based on performance.
