We are an industry leading Property Training Provider who specialise in educating budding entrepreneurs on how to find and maximise revenue from property deals in the UK.
We are looking for a dedicated and hungry high performing Sales Closer to join our team on a full time basis which includes a healthy base salary and an uncapped commission structure giving you the opportunity to write your own pay check every month.

As an experienced sales closer you will be calling WARM enquiries which have registered interest via our paid adverts and exist on our database of customers and selling them one of our many training courses with an average sale price of £5,000.
Being a successful Sales closer means you must have a minimum of 2 years experience behind you of performing at a high level, and are ready to put your sales skills to work helping a fast paced and fast-growing agency selling property training to entrepreneurs. You also have the ambition to grow into a head of growth sales role and future team leader.
The right fit for our company needs a self-starter and is passionate about building relationships and creative thinking. Having both a strategic and operational mindset allows you to respond to inquiries from prospects, book them and engage them in pre-sales and sales activities leading to results. Having a close eye on attention to detail is important and being able to follow SOPs.
To be successful within the role, you must be happy with making 50+ calls per day, excel at prospecting, engaging conversations, setting up calls and calendars, managing, tracking, and closing high ticket sales. Full and detailed training program is provided by our Head of Sales before starting the role to ensure you have all the necessary tools you need for success.
Roles and responsibilities
Conducting regular Zoom meetings with prospects and closing clients, because our business is heavily on run paid ads to generate sales prospects, we close deals via video calls 90% of the time.
Daily performance tracking, KPI (key performance indicators), daily, weekly and monthly targets.
Testing: Being able to test various different strategies and outreach objectives to optimise results.
Prospecting and sales techniques, effective time management, and good communication skills are all required.
Making 50+ calls per day, building relationships, following up with previous conversations to prospects who have not yet converted.
Organise prospecting campaigns in our CRM including notes about all activities, conversations, and next steps.
Daily performance tracking, KPI (key performance indicators), daily, weekly and monthly targets.
Communication: Clear and consistent internal team communications using Slack, Loom video explainers and on Zoom video calls. Identify areas that we can improve. Take your role and run with it. Identify areas we can improve, innovate and get better within our ad product and service delivery.
Manage Detailed and Structured Timelines, programs, tasks, and project management systems.
Daily team meetings - Catching up with our friendly and welcoming team members within your department with regular training and performance meetings to ensure you have all the tools you need for success.
Communicate this with the team and leadership regularly in our meetings.
Minimum Entry Requirements (What you need to be applicable for the role)
· 2 Year UK speaking telesales experience or face to face sales experience is essential
· Having a basic understanding of social media and paid advertising
· Having the ability to cross sell and upsell our clients products and services
· Has a proven track record of high performance in sales roles
· Fluent in verbal & written English
· Self motivated & ambitious
· A good home office set up with speedy wifi
UK time zone working hours between 9am - 6pm UK GMT
· Working with other employees to develop effective strategies to meet sales targets
· Accept inbound & outbound leads and manage them through the early phase of the sales cycle
· Tech-savvy, ability to navigate tools like excel, CRM's; GHL, or SalesForce, etc.
· Maintain a sense of perspective while working in a fast-paced (sometimes chaotic) environment.
· Organisation: Staying organised, keeping notes, folders, and follow-up tasks.
· Ability to learn quickly and execute at a high level with speed
· Generally reachable and responsive to team members (Slack) during working hours
· Must be assertive and able to clearly communicate with team members via Loom video and Zoom video conferencing and in Slack.
· Autonomy and ability to thrive in remote work environments

Compensation: Compensation for this role will be dependent on experience. Compensation will be provided on a monthly basis Base + Uncapped Commission (write your own paycheck)
