Job description
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Executive to join our marketing team! You would be responsible for AutoProtect Group’s (APG) social media marketing (corporate and consumer), research and sales support for the corporate client.
The role
The key responsibilities are:
- Social media marketing– Management and administration of APG’s social media assets and development and management of the social media calendar to reflect the broader marketing effort. You would need expertise to create imagery and content, post monitor, respond and manage. The role would require idea generation that compliments the general marketing effort, as well as tracking and reporting on metrics.
- Review platforms – Management and administration of APG’s review platforms. This includes review monitoring, responding and managing within SLA, managing and updating business pages related to review platforms, and tracking and reporting on metrics.
- Marketing support – Overall management and responsibility for the automated POS ordering platform, assisting in the generation of: presentations, product and personalised documents, print ordering and reconciliation of print invoices for approval and payment, working with the sales team to ensure POS meets changing market requirements, identification and management of new channels for the delivery of POS materials, tracking and reporting on metrics.
- General – Document store management, management reports and budgetary controls, primary and secondary market and product research, maintain affiliate website profiles, creation of branded internal and external emails and other communications, provide internal customer support where required.
This is a permanent role and the working pattern is 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday.
The person
- Able to build strong relationships at all levels and work collaboratively across departments.
- Strong team player with a proactive and pragmatic attitude at work.
- Good planning and organisational skills
Essential Knowledge and Experience:
- Understanding of project and campaign management principles and tools
- Understanding of marketing content scheduling and calendar management
- Experience in working to deadlines and with the ability to schedule multiple projects and tasks effectively.
- Good English language and writing skills.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in social media marketing.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
