Job description
shoezone has an opportunity for 2 x Sales Assistants to join our teams based in Banbury. You will join us on a part time (12 hours), permanent basis.
This position is required to work in both our Banbury store locations (5 Banbury Cross Retail PK, OX16 1LX and 1 High Street, OX16 8DZ) therefore travel between locations is required, full flexibility for the week is required and the core rota is subject to change based on the needs of the business.
In return you will receive a competitive salary, pro-rated between £5,737.05 to £6,533.34 per annum (Full Time Equivalent £16,164 to £18,614) depending on your age. After being with the Company for 3 years you will be on the national minimum wage for 23+ year olds regardless of your age. You will also receive career development opportunities and great benefits.

The Sales Assistant (Keyholder) role:
Naturally, we don’t expect you to know shoezone inside and out, which is why we train and develop all of our Sales Assistant’s to give the knowledge, confidence and skills needed to be the best they can. However you will need a genuine enthusiasm and passion for helping people, along with a motivation to learn and develop.
Key duties and responsibilities of our Sales Assistant (Keyholder):
- Working in a busy and fast paced environment
- You may be asked to undertake key-holding duties

- Hands on with the ability to hit the ground running
- An all-around team player with a can do attitude
- Flexible and be able to support the store (your availability will be discussed at interview stage)
