The Job & Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking a high performing Sales Negotiator to join our successful team in Bury St. Edmunds as part of a modern, innovative company. We seek someone with the ability to perform at a consistently high level through the application of talent and hard work, impress every customer and make their dreams come true!
Your responsibilities include enquiry registration, maintaining regular contact with applicants, generating and conducting viewings whilst securing applications & offers to achieve sales targets each month.
Additionally there will be a strong need for business generation, your marketing activities will secure valuation opportunities and your persuasive and convincing presentation skills will win instructions. Sustained on-going customer care will then create ‘clients for life’ – a legacy we enjoy today with many clients who have dealt with us for decades.
You must be positive, tenacious, persuasive and competitive whilst being skilled in communication, selling, time management and being a team player.
Experience of the Sales & Lettings environment is essential.

The Package:
The basic salary is £24,000 with realistic OTE of 30k.
Working hours are Monday - Friday 9:00 - 5:30 and alternate Saturdays 9-1. Where the Saturday is worked, a half day in lieu is taken during the week.
