Select Fleet Solutions are offering an exciting opportunity for someone with a real passion for the automotive industry, to join one of the UK’s largest vehicle leasing brokers. This opportunity comes with a competitive base salary and uncapped commission with great, realistic earning potential! The role will be dealing with inbound/warm leads so no cold calling required! Though industry experience is advantageous, it is by no means an essential. We are on the hunt for gifted salespeople to join our already thriving and growing team and build trusted relationships with ever growing client base. Though predominantly based on site, there is the potential for hybrid working, following an initial training period and assuming targets are met.

Salary and Commission Overview:
Salary: £25,000.00 + Uncapped Commission
OTE: up to £55,000.00. Plus bonuses would put it to £60,000.00
Exceeding target by 50% gives potential earnings of £75,000.00+
Main purpose of the role:
Our Corporate Sales Consultant vacancy is a Sales based role. The main purpose of the job is to manage incoming customer enquiries/leads in a timely manner, ensuring that customers receive excellent customer service and appropriate information regarding their enquiry. The role has a direct impact on Sales Team performance and therefore impacts the success of the business.
The role will report into the Corporate Sales Manager.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to really make their mark. You will be furnished with ongoing leads generated via our marketing department, in addition to the leads you with be expected to generate via your daily activity.
Being the face of the business, this role is critical to building a positive first impression for customers. The Leasing Consultant is responsible for managing customers through their leasing ‘journey’, ensuring they are supported through the Sales process and treated fairly and in line with Select Car Leasing's values.

As a Corporate Sales Consultant, you will be required to:
- Deliver against volume and profit targets across all product and service revenue lines.
- Create and develop a good understanding of each client’s business, enabling you to give a solution-based approach for their vehicle fleet, cash-for-car takers and benefit scheme offerings such as Salary Sacrifice.
- Work efficiently and utilise in-house and external technology in your work.
- Encourage smaller fleets to engage with fleet management
- Adhere to 100% compliance with FCA guidelines
- Maintain our CRM database, ensuring that all customer records are accurate and up to date and all sales activity is recorded.
- Review your own sales performance.
- Take ownership of customer service delivery, ensuring continual communication between accounts and colleagues within the company and our service providers.
- Ensure right behaviours are adopted in order to achieve success.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Leasing industry experience is preferred
- A track record in successful selling to new and existing business customers
- Relationship management
- Understanding of the UK vehicle sector
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Holiday Entitlement
28 days including statutory public holidays.
NB. The role is office-based. However, we may be able to offer some flexibility for the right candidate, once fully settled into the role (approx. 6 months from starting).
