Sales Executive – office based not call centre!
Sheffield (S1)
I am excited to be working with a bespoke manufacturer in the heart of Sheffield, who, due to continued success, are creating a sales team to follow up on web enquiries, book surveyor appointments, provide quotes and liaise with new and existing customers.
Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager who has a strong sales background, you will receive full training on the system and product range – you may already have sales experience, be fresh out of education or just fancy a change in career… what matters most is that you are a people person with strong communication skills to work in a phone-based role.
This is a starting role in a company that has demonstrable success of career progression throughout the business.
The role of the Sales Executive:
- Act as the first point of contact for incoming enquiries
- Follow up on web enquiries
- Booking Surveyor appointments
- Providing product information and answering customer questions
- Order processing
- Updating customer information on the database
- Administration tasks

Salary: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
