About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Shared Ownership Sales Team to support our new Home Stepper scheme. By working in partnership with a number ofleading house builders, Home Stepper will ensure more affordable homes are available and make homeownership more accessible for those who may not be able to afford a property outright. .

You will play a vital role in progressing sales from formal offer to legal completion within timescales in line with our agreed response times to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for the developer's customers when they are buying a newly built home.

This role is based in our Covent Garden office with hybrid working arrangements.

Key Duties:

  • Liaise with the house builder's sales teams to progress sales from formal offer to legal completion within agreed timescales.
  • Ensure leases and contracts are signed within agreed timescales to ensure completions are not delayed.
  • Identify any potential obstacles to achieving sales targets.
  • Build and maintaining strong relationships with developers, solicitors and Financial Advisors.
  • Work closely with Head of Sales to forecast completion numbers for each month.
  • Produce business reports on performance, forecast sales income and other ad hoc reports as required.

About you

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the affordable housing sector or real estate industry.
  • Knowledge of shared ownership desirable.
  • Proven experience of delivering excellent customer care.
  • Able to communicate effectively and build relationships with a wide range of customers and stakeholders.
  • Results orientated with an ambition to deliver customer aspirations.
  • To deliver excellent Customer Service and act proactively to meet customer expectations
  • Self-motivation with a positive and problem-solving attitude.
