Job description
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales executive to join their Business Development Team on a temp to perm basis
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months telesales experience, preferably in the Apprenticeship Training/Work Based Learning sector. High call volumes and the ability to explain Welsh Government funded training schemes is a must, however training would be given if required.
Skills required:
- A high degree of self-motivation and ambition
- Work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent phone and email manner, can communicate clearly and concisely
- A positive, confident, and determined approach
- Ability and desire to promote their services
- Questioning skills
- Experience in a telesales role, with proven track record
- Computer literate
- Desire to exceed set targets
