Vehicle Sales Consultant
Due to continued success, an exciting position has become available for a full-time Sales Executive based in Leeds.
It is essential that you are able to demonstrate first class selling skills, as well as excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Honesty, integrity and a desire to deliver success are essential as is a passion to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Being highly organised with the ability to prioritise workloads is vital in the role and it would suit an experienced and dynamic Sales Executive with a strong track record in the automotive sector.
As a Sales Executive you will receive a generous basic salary with an uncapped commission scheme along with a company car and access to the company pension scheme.
Job Type: Full-time with weekend working on a rota
Salary: £40,000.00+ per year
Role Requirements
· Influencing skills with the ability and confidence to convert enquiries to sales.
· Excellent customer management skills to build long lasting relationships.
· Professionalism, with a commitment to adhering to process and procedure.
Role Responsibilities
· Respond to queries from new and existing customers relating to new and used vehicle sales.
· Guide customers through their purchase, providing outstanding customer service as the face of both Riverside and the vehicle brand.
· Meet individual sales targets by maximising upsell and cross-sell opportunities on finance and insurance products and optional extras.
· Assist in ensuring a steady flow of enquiries from multiple channels through prospecting and marketing.
· Maintain a specialist knowledge of manufacturer vehicles and options, participating in regular knowledge updates.
· Manage the vehicle handover process, ensuring compliance with process.
