Telephone Sales Representative
Tamworth, Staffordshire
£25,000 starting salary + uncapped commission (1st year OTE of £35,000)
Permanent position (working 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday)

Summary:
We are currently looking for self-motivated Telephone Sales Representatives for an established and very successful commercial services organisation based in Tamworth, Staffordshire.
Your role will be to source and secure new customers (businesses) and support their commercial requirements. You will be provided with excellent on-the-job training, and will work closely with a Business Specialist who will provide you with the product and service knowledge you'll require to deliver an excellent client experience.
As a great communicator and someone who’s skilled at developing connections, you’ll take your time to understand the businesses you speak with (how they operate, what growth plans they have, the challenges they face, their experiences so far, to identify their needs and establish what their pain points are, to harness new business opportunities.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Generating new business by cold calling (telephoning) companies and identifying opportunities to promote and sell a range of products the company offer.
- Maintaining regular contact with existing customers to build relationships, identify new opportunities and win further business.
- Build your own client list to manage and grow over time, providing repeat business and other sales opportunities for other Group Companies
- Following up leads generated through our various marketing campaigns
- Taking incoming calls from existing or potential customers who are looking for assistance
- Identifying any cross-selling opportunities and pass these leads to other businesses within the group
- Hitting (or exceeding) your new business targets, daily call targets & KPI's set by management (which will of course be well-rewarded!)
- Updating and maintain accurate records of customer data using Salesforce CRM database
- Complying with regulatory requirements
A starting (guaranteed) salary of £25,000 per annum will be paid, in addition to an uncapped commission structure which will allow you to expand your earnings hugely.
First year OTE will be £35,000.
