Salary: £23,500 to £25,850 per annum (on target earnings) + company car
Location: Essex, Chelmsford, and surrounding areas
Following the highly successful launch of our Henkel Field Sales team, we’re looking for a new superstar to join our team. We don’t look for experience, just the will to succeed and grow!
If you’re looking to start a career in the world of sales and have a hunger to progress, this is a perfect role for you!
You will be:
- Visiting Tesco, B&Q, Homebase, and B&M as the face of the Henkel brand
- Ensuring various products including Loctite, Pritt, and Unibond, are in prime locations and available for customers to buy
- Sharing your knowledge of these products with in-store colleagues
- Increasing sales for your area by gaining additional displays of the products in store
- Developing and nurturing relationships with in-store staff
- Sharing best practice and learnings with your team members
You will need:
- A full manual driving license, held for at least 12 months
- Enthusiasm to learn and passion to succeed
- Great interpersonal and relationship building skills

- Basic salary £23,500 per annum + 10% bonus opportunity based on KPIs + car
- Monday to Friday, no weekends!
