Job description
We are looking to recruit an experienced and motivated Administrator to join our Sales Team. The ideal candidate will have a flexible can-do attitude and an interest or experience in sales and customer service.
The role is responsible for processing service requests received by the Redstone Fitting Network during core hours. This involves a high level of accuracy and ability to multi task without getting flustered. You will receive service requests from key customer accounts that must be acknowledged quickly whilst you arrange a service provider from out fitting network to respond to the service request. This process must be well communicated and actively followed up through to job completion and invoicing.
Key Responsibilies
RFN Sales Administration
- Works with RFN suppliers to ensure terms & conditions are met
- Liaises with customers to quote on RFN jobs as required
- Ensure that all jobs are booked and completed within the agreed service delivery time
- Ensure Supplier invoices are recieved and checked proptly
- Raise Customer invoices ensuring all relevant information is included
- Manage Debtors for key customer accounts ensuring any invoice queries are dealt with promptly so they do not cause delays with payment
Customer Care
- Answers inbound calls and field them to the relevant people
- Ensures all customer care issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently
- Ensure all emails in shared company inboxes - sales@, customerservice@ are dealt with quickly and efficiently
- Ensure all customer details are updated on the company CRM
- Ensures all customer care issues are dealt with and responded within 24 hours.
- Liaises with teams to ensure any issues are dealt with and resolved quickly
No previous experience is necessary but strong IT skills, ability to communicate clearly and manage multiple priorities is essential.
