We are looking for a Fashion Sales Executive to join a team in a newly opened second office for the UK's leading hosiery supplier.
Position Overview:
- The ideal candidate will have a true desire to sell and be proactively developing the customer base across two areas:
- Existing Customers – Build and maintain relationships, maximise sales opportunities with customers by presenting new and existing product ranges.
- New Customers – Using lead generation opportunities find new customers to sell and promote the Pamela Mann portfolio of products too.
Your daily tasks and responsibilities include:
- Contact and develop new customer relationships, presenting and selling our portfolio. The main role is to start new business relationships and grow them.
- Be prepared to travel to Europe on a regular basis and the USA occasionally to develop our export clients. This could represent up to 30% of your working month.
- Provide quotations promptly to customers as requested
- Manage and supervise the Internal Sales Support assigned to you and your accounts. This role is to carry out the administration of your accounts from first enquiries through to ongoing account development along with the Sales Support team.
- Work with the client on product development opportunities
- Involved with the Marketing team to create and agree a marketing strategy which will enable you to achieve the required sales performance, actively provide feedback on responses to campaigns to ensure that the Marketing Team are accurately targeting the area that you are working in.
- Involved with the Marketing team and action any new sales opportunities that arise because of the proactive campaigns run to generate opportunities.
- Achieve the Sales targets that has been agreed with your Line Manager
- Carry out ad-hoc duties within the marketing and sales environment to support the ongoing success of the business
Ideally the suitable candidate will have some experience within the fashion and textile sector.
This position runs Monday to Friday on a 08:00 - 17:00 shift.
Starting salary is £25,000 (negotiable dependent on experience) plus commission.
