Care4Quality and CQC Compliance is growing fast, so we’re looking for an experienced Administrator with sales ability join our friendly team.
Why your role matters
Demonstrating an excellent customer service ability, you will primarily act as the principle point of contact for both new prospects and existing clients. You will ensure that existing clients have the right products and services, as well as engaging and building relationships with prospective clients, confidently pitching support offerings on behalf of the business. Your administration experience is key to supporting our team with all report checking and formatting, data entry, company audit and report creation.
What you’ll be doing
As our Sales Representative, you will have experience in creating innovative opportunities to qualify leads and identify and respond to sales opportunities. You will collaborate with the service delivery team to escalate enquiries, book appointments and build robust relationships with our clients. You will be motivated to gain product and market knowledge, generate leads and cross-sell opportunities and have demonstrable passion and drive to achieve KPI’ s and sales targets.

Who we are
Care4Quality and CQC Compliance are two specialist consultancy companies in Health and Social Care regulation that are currently in the process of merging together. CQC Compliance specialises in supporting new health and social care providers to register with the CQC, along with creating and providing policies. Care4Quality offer many services to social care services across the UK, predominantly inspection and onsite support, each of which are tailored completely to the business’ needs. In addition, Care4Quality and CQC Compliance are a part of the Worknest Group which is owned by Marlowe PLC. Worknest is the culmination of several leading business service groups, including Law at Work, Ellis Whittam, Youmanage, esphr and HRSP, each of which were successful businesses, providing high-quality HR, Employment Law and Health and Safety advice to UK employers, as well as HR technology and SaaS platforms. Through integration, Worknest now forms a consolidated business and approach, leveraging and building on the strengths of this considerable legacy. The role will be employed by Care4Quality but the Sales Representative will operate across both CQC Compliance and Care4Quality supporting the businesses as they integrate.
