Making decisions that are right for customers, delivering routines in store that meet the needs of customers at the right time.
Starting at 5am some days to set up the store bakery for the day or finishing at 11pm on others to close the store and ensure the store is ready for another day
It is vital that you have excellent communication skills, with the ability to deal with challenging customers if the need arises. Full training will be given.
