Full time, Permanent
Salary: £22,000 to £27,600 per annum (on target earnings) + Van + Incentives
Working: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Territory: Walsall, Cannock, Sutton Coldfield, Wednesbury, North Birmingham and surrounds
Powerforce (Field Marketing Agency of the Year 2022, did we mention this!) are looking for passionate and tenacious individuals to work on our field sales team representing both Molson Coors & Haribo.

As a Sales Executive with the highly successful team within the Powerforce family, you will:
- Be the face of the brands, both Molson Coors & Haribo
- Building strong relationships with key in-store contacts in convenience and independent stores
- Maximising brand awareness and educating retailers across different categories.
- Communicating new products, promotions, and maintaining stock levels
- Drive the brands, product sales and distribution
- Drive product growth throughout your own territory by increasing product range
- Negotiating additional product placement and promotional displays, signage, and other marketing material
- Collaborate with your team of Sales Executives across your region and the UK
- Sharing best practice
- Working together to achieve team KPIs in addition to your own individual targets
In return we will offer you:
- £22,000 to £23,000 per annum basic + up to 20% bonus based on KPIs (up to £27,600 OTE)

- Full manual driving license for a minimum of 12 months and comfortable driving a van
