Sales Development Representative
Salary up to £27,000 + UNCAPPED COMMISSION (OTE £42,000)
We have major growth plans and we are looking for a Sales Development Representative to focus on developing new revenue opportunities. You’ll be results-driven and come with a successful background in a similar SDR or BDE role as we will provide you with a clear, achievable and realistic career pathway up to a field-based Business Development Manager role.
As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be maximising opportunities with a CRM system full of qualified leads as well as generating your own opportunities. In addition to that, you will have access to the best industry publications, leading websites that provide you with new business openings and leading networking events. You will be contacting prestigious Hotels, Restaurant chains and other Hospitality and Retail businesses across the UK.
Full product and services training is provided and we have an industry-leading uncapped commission structure.

Responsibilities
- Initial introduction of the company and brand to prospective clients
- Promoting the products and services offered by Shield Safety
- Engaging with customers and obtaining the relevant information needed to secure a sales meeting
- Researching organisations to identify new sales leads and contacting potential customers
- Managing your own pipeline
- Management of sales leads
- Booking of appointments
- Maintaining individual product knowledge
- Responsible for the quality and accuracy of all written and verbal communication to clients, prospects and suspects
- Organising and managing your own workload
