HYBRID OPPORTUNITY
Pertemps are delighted to be supporting our successful client based in Burton Upon Trent who have a permanent full-time position available.
£23,000 per annum
Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (Monday to Thursday inclusive) and 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (Fridays). Half an hour for lunch each day – 37.5 hours per week
Currently working on a hybrid model of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home, however the office is open 5 days a week for those who chose to work there.

Key responsibilities: -
- New client onboarding
- Managing Incoming client enquiries (via telephone or PC)
- Client account management
- Commission and account administration
- Assistance / query resolution
- Technical support
- Proactive customer care
Experience
- Ideally, someone with telecoms experience – capable of outbound proactive contact, not just inbound agent type role.
- Experience in commercial environment: ideally some sales experience, but key requirement is sales support experience.
- An interest in mobile and telecommunications technology is helpful as is social media skills.
- Understanding of basic elements of telephone account management
- Data entry and query resolution
- CRM experience
- Proven track record, and success gained in an internal sales or customer service role.
