Celebrating its 25th anniversary as a world-class publishing, events & awards company, Paragraph are seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Executive to work within the commercial team on their portfolio of trade and consumer publications, websites, events, and awards. Their well-established and high-quality brands connect consumers and business leaders in the spirits industry across the globe.
Responsibilities
The role will be a combination of telephone and face to face awards, sponsorship, advertising sales & exhibition sales responsible for new & key clients. We are recruiting for one position base either from home or from our Norwich office, with occasional travel (and therefore the suitable candidate will hold a full UK driving license for which business mileage is paid). If home based, we would expect to see the successful candidate attend the office from time to time.
You have a passion for working with people, enjoy sales, have a strong track record in telephone & face to face sales and thrive by working towards monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Experience in advertising and sponsorship sales will be an advantage, but not essential, although we favour good salespeople over those with experience in this sector and will offer training to the right candidate.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales. Ideally you will have experience selling sponsorship, exhibition, and advertising packages, although training will be given if required.
Strong communication and relationship building skills.
Exemplar organisation & management skills
Negotiation experience
Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure.
Ability to travel nationally and internationally.

Salary: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year DOE
Commission: Uncapped commission with OTE in excess of £40,000
