To support the aim of enhancing our customer experience and play a part in the day-to-day operation of our store, we are seeking an After-Sales Service Assistant to join our busy customer service team based at Downtown Grantham.
As an After-Sales Service Assistant, you will be the first port of call for customers should issues with orders arise. You will need to effectively assist our customers by arranging any necessary visits to their homes or other necessary activities to support through to matters being concluded. You will regularly liaise with suppliers and manufacturers seeking returns, collections or credits as needed. As you will be speaking with a range of people both internal and external to the organisation, you should be a good communicator with the ability to tailor your conversation accordingly.
You must have initiative, be a good problem solver and be well organised. You must also have a valid UK driving licence as occasional visits to customers’ homes will be required.
Hours are 7.25 per day worked Monday to Friday with one Saturday worked every six weeks on a rota.
