At Sportpursuit, you will improve and develop our reporting to monitor our operational performance and to automate tasks through data. If you are someone who loves both data and logical processes, this role is perfect for you!

A bit more about the Role

You will be responsible for:

  • Building and developing reporting to monitor our 3rd party warehouses and final mile courier performance
  • Maintaining and improving current reports to track Logistics spend and ensure accuracy of invoices received from our Logistics partners. Investigating discrepancies where needed
  • Monitoring our inventory management and decreasing losses in stock
  • Develop our reporting on customer service tickets and drivers of customer contact
  • Develop forecasting models for the operational capacity we need across our 3PLs, final mile delivery partners, line haul operation and Customer Service team
  • Support the Operations and Customer Service team in providing timely information as requested by your line manager

  • Methodical with a strong analytical mindset
  • Well organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident using Microsoft Excel
  • A clear communicator in both verbal and written forms
  • Able to prioritise workload effectively
  • A team player who is eager to get stuck in
  • Proactive and self-motivated

Nice to have but not essential:

  • Previous experience working in either an Operational or Analyst role
  • Experience with SQL
