Northwood is seeking an energetic and experienced Estate Agency Sales Progressor to join our team in Doncaster, South Yorkshire. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, passionate and committed to deliver a 5-star customer service experience and who is looking for a long term, full time position. - Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to all potential and current customers
- Maintain proactive and frequent communication with all parties involved in residential sales including vendors, buyers, their solicitors and mortgage advisors to ensure all parties are kept informed of the status of their sale or purchase.
- Identify opportunities to resolve issues and drive the progression of the property sale forward, setting expectations and realistic timescales
- Educating vendors and buyers on the role that they play in helping them achieve a quick and hassle free sale or purchase.
- Provide advice and guidance at all times to clients, in matters such as surveys, renegotiations, chains and financial issues.
- Consistently work to reduce the time taken from offer acceptance to completion, to reduce fall throughs and maintain customer satisfaction
- Generate internal invoices in readiness for completion and ensure swift payment once the property has completed from relevant parties
- Provide reports to the Branch Manager on a weekly basis of the pipeline, offers accepted, completions and outstanding monies
- Active involvement in office daily and weekly meetings
- Promote the uptake of third party services with our sister companies including conveyancing, mortgage and insurance advice and property refurbishments.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records at all times using our bespoke CRM system.
- Assist with other daily operations of the office as and when required.

Salary: £21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
