Job description
We are looking for an experienced and highly creative Junior Graphic Designer responsible for developing creative solutions with the help of an in-house design team based in Brentford. As such, you'll play a key role in the design process, brainstorming concepts and developing designs through various selling platforms.
Our new designer will be expected to create and maintain good working relationships with key people within the business, as well as external companies. You will be working across all of our retail brands, delivering what’s required on time and to the highest standard. You should be able to work fast and accurately, handling multiple projects at once. At times we work to very tight deadlines, so you must be cool-headed and have a positive, professional outlook even when under pressure.
Skills/ Requirements:
- A highly creative individual with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a full-time role either in-house or agency
- An approachable, positive, and down-to-earth attitude
- Someone who is highly motivated and will proactively come to the table with new ideas, used to managing a project end to end to deliver on time and budget.
- A broad portfolio that demonstrates core skills in identity, layout, digital, print, typography, videography, and product design/artwork.
- A sharp eye for detail and strong organisational and time management skills
- A flexible & resilient approach to work with the ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced and often demanding environment
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premier Pro) and interest in new technology, processes and developments.
