We are looking for an Sales Manager to join our growing team where your efforts directly contribute to NextDaySteel’s top-line growth as this position is an essential, strategic component of the NextDaySteel sales team. To build upon the success of this year we are looking for our next generation of sales leaders.
About The Role & Team
The Sales team provides frontline sales conversion, account management, lead generation and the highest levels of customer service.
Through their provision of sound knowledge around all things pricing, products and service, our sales experts build, nurture and manage relationships with new and current customers alike. If you enjoy working in fast-paced environments, and get equally excited growing your sales revenue as you do by helping customers - then you will fit right in with us here at NextDaySteel.
As an Sales Manager , you will
· Qualify and disqualify inbound leads in a high volume environment using an ecommerce platform, emails, calls, LinkedIn etc
· Successfully securing sales through converting inbound sales queries.
· Respond to incoming leads through the construction of bespoke quotations, whilst also liaising with our suppliers and logistics companies.
· Innovate lead generation processes by adhering to a standard of excellence in new business development and account management practices
· Building credibility and value for our customers, through the provision of your expertise when prospecting for new business or upselling and cross-selling.
· Be comfortable delivering results against a quota and enjoy the challenge of exceeding activity, pipeline, and revenue goals on a quarterly basis
You'll be a great addition to the team if you:
· Have 3 years + experience in a sales / account management position
· Want to use your exemplary communication skills to convert and generate sales leads, whilst taking ownership of assigned accounts by building first class, on-going customer relationships
· Naturally possess the curiosity and drive to understand customers current needs, anticipate their future needs, and thrive on identifying solutions
· Have an authentic openness to embrace feedback and desire to continually develop both personally and professionally
· Produce your best work when functioning in a highly collaborative company and team setting
Salary is depending on qualifications and experience.
