Sales Support Representative

What You Will Do:
You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction. With a primary focus in providing valuable support to the sales team and enhancing customer relationships
- Provide support to customers through all stages of ordering and delivery of products to their location
- Assist customers in identifying the best products for their needs
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Follow up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with a particular product
- Handling the administrative tasks to make sure the sales team is running smoothly
- Being the communication liaison between departments or sales teams and senior management
- Help track inventory and maintain records of orders and delivery information
- Receive special requests from customers and provide appropriate solutions or alternative items requested
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Experience within a sales support or customer service role preferred
- 1+ years of experience in FLEX Packaging preferred but not required
- Teamwork and motivational skills
- Excellent communication, verbal and written skills with an ability to multi task is an advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From £25,000.00 per year

Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
