About the Job:
Lti transformations, Scotland's No 1 domestic refurbishment company is looking for a Door to Door Manager to join our team. We are looking for someone who is energetic, outgoing, and self-motivated.
You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, and working with the sales team to generate leads.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Work with existing customers to increase customer satisfaction.
- Build a pipeline of new prospects that you have identified through various marketing channels.
- Recruit and train new canvassers.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and marketing activities.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or marketing in a similar role.
- Ability to work independently & as part of a team.
Working Mon - Friday 9-30 to 4pm in and around completed installations generating leads and appointments for the sales team. A genuine opportunity to earn over a 100k in the first year (weekly pay.)
We are also looking to recruit canvassers to work mon-friday 9-30 to 3-30 , local pick up points for transport.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £15,864.89-£100,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus scheme

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Falkirk: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Sales or marketing: 2 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
