Basic Salary: £25,000 plus uncapped commission!
Working Hours: 44 hours on a rota basis; Mon-Fri 08:45- 18:00 Sat 09:00-17:00 Sun 10:00-16:00 (2 Weekends off per month!)
Lookers Leeds Ford is recruiting for an ambitious and passionate Sales Executive to join our hard-working and friendly team on site. Specialising in New Car sales, you will work alongside our sales team to provide Lookers first class customer service.
Joining our enthusiastic Sales Executives, you will be a team player with exceptional communication skills to build rapport with colleagues and customers. You will report to Jake Krebs (New Car Sales Manager) at the dealership who will help impact your knowledge and experience along with the team allowing you to develop your skills and establish a strong career within the industry. This is an opportunity not to be missed!
Our Sales Executives are the key points of contact and pay close attention to detail to understand customers wants and needs;
Responsibilities:- Communicating with customers via email, telephone and in person
- Suggesting suitable vehicles based on customer needs
- Arranging and accompanying customers on test drives
- Negotiating the final price for the sale
- Completing the relevant paperwork for each sale
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, self-motivated to crack on with the job and passionate about what they do. You will be expected to hit targets so being ambitious and hard-working is essential.
Previous experience in a similar position with brand training within the motor trade would be preferred but not essential as we are always on the look-out for new/fresh talent to join our teams. You will hold a full UK driving license as you may be expected to drive some of the most prestigious cars on the market!
