Salary: 25,000 - 30,000 per annum depending on experience plus OTE c.12k (uncapped commission)
We breed, raise & sell Honey Bees to help reverse the decline of nature’s wonder the Honeybee. As a by-product of that, we produce and distribute raw honey and pure Beeswax. We are looking for a friendly bubbly Telesales Representative to become part of the Local Honey Man family.

We are expanding into a few exciting industries and looking for someone to further help us with the growth of the company.
We are looking for a sales rep that can work independently and alongside our senior experienced Sales team.
We are looking for somebody that can sell our beautiful raw local honey to customers both B2C and B2B but predominately B2B sales.
This will be a vital sales role with high earning ability. It is flexible working hours and part home, part office-based.
You will be a key part of the sales team, wholly responsible for achieving targets and bringing on new accounts as well as developing our existing UK based accounts.
You will continuously look for new business opportunities, building a sustainable pipeline of prospects and opportunities, and has the ability to close opportunities in order to achieve targets.
The successful candidate will bring creativity and innovation to the sales cycle, alongside being target driven, having a laser focus on closing prospects whilst making huge commissions.

Job purpose:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Representative to contribute to generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
An effective sales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
What you’ll be doing:
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Handle grievances to preserve the companys reputation
- Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
The experience were looking for you to bring:
- Experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role desired
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g.CRM software) and telephone systems
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
Working conditions:
- Shift Patterns 8:30am-5:30pm - Monday-Friday

We have been selling across London for a number of years so we have a loyal customer base, and our honey is easy to sell as it tastes delicious!
