This is a unique Field Sales opportunity in an innovative business and one of the fastest-growing telecoms companies across East Anglia, the East Midlands and East of England.
We're searching for sales reps who are motivated, customer-centric, results-oriented salespeople and able to bring my clients innovative products to life!
You should ideally have previous experience in identifying opportunities and generating business / sales in a relevant customer facing sector.
….. and you’ll be a proven salesperson with a track record of meeting sales and KPIs, as well as a working knowledge of sales tactics and needs-based selling.
Team players with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, who have the desire to succeed and progress in an interesting role, will do well here!
What you’ll be doing…
Reporting to the Field Sales Lead, you’ll be actively involved in communities and play a key role in delivering the net high speed full fibre broadband subscriber numbers.
You'll be connecting with communities and establishing engagement with the primary goal of selling services through venues, events, and door-to-door activities.
You should be a natural networker who can promote and raise brand awareness, find prospects, collect data, speak with customers, and produce results.
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
* Carry out venue, events and door to door sales activity
* Provide regular ‘insight and learnings’ from field activity, analysing metrics to identify opportunities
* Develop relationships and brand awareness across a range of local partners, community institutions, businesses, charities, events and shopping/destination venues
* Use Salesforce CRM systems to track and manage sales/consumer information (full training given)
Working in a wider community engagement and sales marketing team, this role comes with a starting salary of £26k, uncapped commission (first year OTE circa £50k) a £6k Cash Car Allowance, Bonus Scheme, Health Plan, Gym & Retail Discounts and 25 days holiday.
