Lifestyle Home Products is a family-owned business, proudly serving homeowners across Ontario. We make all of our sunrooms, porch enclosures, vinyl replacement windows and exterior doors at our 150,000 sq. ft. factory in beautiful Peterborough, Ontario. What makes our company unique is our people. We are looking for outgoing, self-managed individuals to support our growing company.
We are currently looking for an experience Commission Sales candidate to join our Sunroom sales team in Ottawa. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working with high end products and is ready to make the sale!
This role will start at a $5833.00 monthly salary for the first 3 months of employment and transition into a full 8% uncapped commission role. The 'On Target Earning' (OTE) range for this role is approximately $100,000 CAD per year.
What you will be doing:
This is a key position designed to generate profitable growth in our Sunroom division. We are looking for engaged professionals to attend scheduled appointments with new and existing customers, assessing their needs, educate on our products and provide guidance to a unique design and solution. We want to make our customers dreams come true!

- Background in construction / framing is a plus!
Responsibilities:
- Travel within an assigned territory to conduct face-to-face meetings with potential customers.
- Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to expand brand presence through the creation of suitable marketing materials.
- Strategically negotiate with customers to close sales, using current promotions and Financing options available.
Requirements
- Post Secondary Education in related field
- Highly motivated
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Strong consultative sales skills
- Background in construction 2+ years
Experience
- 3-5 years of commission sales is recommended.
- Knowledge of construction
