As part of the growth plan for Law Mom our leading digital advertising strategy is generating hundreds of legal services client opportunities each and every month which are subsequently booked as potential client Zoom Meetings.
Based on this success and increased market demand, Law Mom is now expanding. One of the key roles in this expansion is the recruitment and training of remote intake sales specialists.

The reason for this drive is one of the critical choke points of LAW Mom’s growth. It is how the intake for the leads and subsequent meetings Law Mom generates is handled and that’s where our intake sales specialists come in.
As a highly motivated intake sales specialist you will report into the Sales Department of Law Mom as well as receive in-call training and persuasion coaching from our business growth partner who will guide and educate on an ongoing basis.
You will play an instrumental role in accelerating the growth of the firm, working with our back office staff and communicating with Client Intake and Operations within the firm to optimize and maximize call performance.
You’ll be comfortable operating in a remote environment, and deeply grounded in keeping calls on track to drive your results. You thrive in a results-driven environment, using call reports and analytics to define the success of your day to day calling, continually raising the bar for impact against the business goals you’ve set. And of course, by feeding highly motivated qualified leads for their back office teams, you are a beloved and trusted partner to the firm, helping us make the most of the leads we get so we can deliver a high return from our advertising spend and the relationship with our business growth partner.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Building and evolving the intake sales role by identifying and analyzing trends or opportunities during your calls and sharing insights across the organization
- Working with back office staff at Law Mom communicating on a day to day basis results from your calls
- Helping to drive growth of the firm by maximizing the number of leads that become clients by learning our inhouse call frameworks and scripts that will support your efforts
- Rigorously paying attention to logging calls results at the end of each call and analyzing call result history so you identify opportunities to optimize call efforts
- Having a strong handle on your own performance and the transparent communication of that to key stakeholders and leaders within the firm and our business growth partner
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2 years of experience in outbound sales calls, with strong results in B2C
- A strong working knowledge of sectors such as financial services, legal services, healthcare or similar B2C industries
- Great at communicating & working with a high-performing cross-functional team
- Experience using CRM platforms to execute campaigns that connects marketing-driven leads to sales outcomes
- Brilliant storyteller turning calls into insights and recommendations

Pay: $55,427.38 - $66,751.26 per year
