As a Kitchen Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our Kitchen Design Consultants in producing, planning, and selling our high-quality affordable German kitchens. With stunning showrooms in Bath and Bristol, effective communication, both in person and through various digital platforms, along with a strong understanding of teamwork and support, are essential qualities to succeed in this role.
Your primary responsibility will be to assist our Design Consultants in creating captivating kitchen designs, ensuring seamless customer journeys from initial inquiry to delivery. This involves preparing final floor plans using our design software and rendering each design to help our consultants showcase our products to clients. You will also manage the ordering process with our factory in Germany, guaranteeing accurate and error-free transactions.
Additionally, you will engage with showroom visitors, discussing their needs, promoting our product ranges, and aiming to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) for generating new leads and enquiries. Your creative input will extend to assisting with marketing efforts through social media content preparation to attract new customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Showroom Support: Meet and greet showroom visitors, understand their needs, and promote our product ranges and services. Work towards achieving set KPIs for new enquiries/leads.
Marketing Assistance: Collaborate in preparing engaging content for social media to attract and retain new customers.
Design and Planning: Prepare high-resolution design images and accurate annotated floorplans and elevations for our Design Consultants and installers.
CRM Management: Guide customers through our sales process using our Customer Relationship Management system, contributing to the team's overall sales targets.
Customer Satisfaction: Provide outstanding service throughout the entire customer journey, ensuring complete satisfaction, which will reflect in positive reviews and referrals.
Order Processing: Help with the ordering process of our kitchens with our factory in Germany, ensuring meticulous attention to detail to avoid errors.
Collaboration and Support: Work closely with our project coordinator and other teams to expedite customer projects and maintain excellent service levels.
Administrative Support: Handle telephone enquiries, assist customers with queries, and book appointments, providing general admin support as needed.
Requirements:
Organisational Skills: Possess strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently and accurately.
CAD Experience: Previous experience with CAD software is desirable but not essential, as training can be provided.
Marketing Experience: Marketing knowledge is advantageous, but training can be provided for the right candidate.
Attention to Detail: An eye for detail to ensure kitchens are precisely made according to specifications.
Kitchen Industry Experience: Prior experience within the kitchen industry is essential to understand our products and services thoroughly.
Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of all the products we sell.
Communication and Teamwork: Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively at all levels. Be a team player willing to assist in various areas when required.
Deadline-Oriented: Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Driving License: A full driving license is required for this role.
