Responsibilities:
- Assist brides in finding their dream wedding dress and accessories
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience
- Guide brides through the entire bridal gown selection process
- Stay up-to-date on current bridal fashion trends and designers
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the bridal salon
- Manage appointments and ensure timely follow-up with clients

-Administration skills to manage ordering of gowns and accessories

Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple appointments and tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with brides and their families
- Knowledge of technical sales techniques to upsell accessories and additional services
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Time management skills to ensure efficient use of appointment slots

As a Bridal Consultant, you will play a vital role in helping brides find their dream gown while providing exceptional customer service. With your organizational skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of technical sales techniques, you will guide brides through the entire selection process. Please note that fluency in English is required for this position.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Salary: From £12.00 per hour

Education:

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

• Retail sales: 2 years (preferred)
• customer service: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)
