Accounts Assistant
Evesham • Full Time • Temporary • £13.00 per hour
This business is looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join them on a temporary basis to help with a high influx of work currently. This role will run Monday- Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm and will be based onsite in Evesham.
Day-to-day duties and responsibilities for the Accounts Assistant
· Accounts Receivable & Payable
· Invoicing, Statements, Queries, Credits • Processing of receipts
· Processing supplier invoices and dealing with queries
· Regularly checking outstanding goods received for missing invoices
· Reconciling supplier statements
· Employee expenses
· Posting credit card statement
· Issuing weekly exchange rates
· Adhoc administrative tasks
What you'll need to succeed in our Accounts Assistant role
You will have experience of purchase and sales ledger tasks. Knowledge of Sage would be beneficial. A proactive and flexible approach to working in a small accounts and admin team will be key.
