A FULL, CLEAN UK DRIVING LICENCE IS ESSENTIAL FOR THIS ROLE
Joseph Ash Galvanizing are currently looking for an experienced, field sales executive to join our team at our Widnes Galvanising site and support the outgoing growth project within the business.
If you have previously worked within a field sales executive role and have experience with key account management, cold sales leads, B2B sales then this could be the role for you.

Your day to day;
- Responsible for winning new business and growing Widnes Galvanising’s presence within assigned territories
- Use market intelligence, databases and tools to identify prospective new potential accounts
- Chasing leads and following up on opportunities to generate sales
- Produce monthly reports on sales activity
- Project Management – you are the link between production, transport and the customer, responsible for ensuring excellent customer service
- Responsible for quoting and ensuring sufficient profit can be generated from all opportunities won
- Maintain and develop existing business through effective customer contact, building positive relationships
- Effectively partner your customers to understand their plans for growth, adding value and overall strategy planning
- Understand competitor activity & proposals
- Report back on any competitor activity that may affect sales revenue.
- Maintain regular communication with Commercial Manager and other departments as required.
- Timely delivery of any customer complaints to customer service department.
- Work cohesively within the team to ensure company standards are met efficiently

- Confident presentation style
- Field sales experience required.
- Previous external sales experience within a similar environment preferred but not essential.
- Strong numerical reasoning.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A full, clean Driving Licence.
