Wolverhampton Jaguar Land Rover have a fantastic opportunity for a customer focused individual to join their team. OTEs for this role are a range between £45,000 to £55,000 per year, and working hours are Monday to Friday 08.30am to 6pm, Saturday 08.30am to 5pm and Sunday 10am to 4pm. There is a weekday off, every other Sunday off and a weekend off a month, which falls on one of the Sundays off.

What you’ll bring to the role
- Love every customer that walks through the door, sends you an email or calls you to talk about buying a car
- Learn about your customers, it’s the small details that make a difference. Remembering how someone takes their coffee may make someone’s day!
- Help us achieve our targets by supporting customers to buy a new or used car that’s right for them
- Work individually and as part of a team to keep potential and existing customers up to date by sending videos and checking in with any updates
The legal part:
We are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), as we advise on and sell finance and insurance products. As this role includes FCA regulated activities, we will ask you to complete an FCA questionnaire as part of our recruitment process. You will be asked to declare any unspent criminal convictions, CCJs or bankruptcy. We will look into all declarations made and seek a credit reference, but they may not serve as a bar to employment with us.
