Our Team of Sales Consultants are the Backbone of our Organisation.
Every team member in our organisation works hard to give our customers a memorable and delightful shopping experience by creating a customer experience par excellence. This involves being switched-on to the needs of every customer that walks through our door, and willing to go out of your way to ensure satisfaction. An instinct for good customer service isn't something we can teach you. It involves listening skills and a sharp eye for body-language, plus efficiency, enthusiasm and a whole lot of personal initiative. But if you've got it, we'll do everything to help you to develop it to the full.
THE ROLE
Looking after your customers is only half the job. There are plenty of other things to do such which include maintaining day-to-day standards across every aspect of J. Fragrance by Janan’s operations. From replenishing the stock and looking after the visual displays to taking deliveries and helping to look after the till, we'll keep you on you busy.
If you're keen, confident, positive, possess good communication skills, are a people person and have a proven track record in the retail sector then this could be just the job for you and perhaps even the start of a great career with a competitive salary.
ROLE and RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will love the customers and enjoy working with them to ensure they have the best customer experience;
- You enjoy working as a team to deliver result;
- You will be a key holder for the store, following all key security procedures
- You will be responsible for checking and attending your planned shifts;
- You will be accountable for the prevention of stock loss including damages, theft, breakage and transaction errors.
