At Mitton Hall we offer a fantastic menu consisting of light bites to a spectacular Fine Dining Brasserie menu.
The team are now looking for an enthusiastic Chef de Partie. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with drive and passion for excellence to join a fabulous and established team.
The Role
As Chef de Partie, you are a vital part of the team and will be responsible for all dishes that are prepared within your section. It’s important that you know all aspects of the menu and dishes from ingredient selection through to preparation and presentation.
About You
You will be a hardworking individual who has a passion for creating well presented food. Ideally, you will be an enthusiastic team player who thrives in a high pressure environment:
Essential Criteria:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie
- Ideally qualified to NVQ Level 3
- Sound awareness and skill within all culinary functions
- A passion for consistently high standards and attention to detail
- Well organised
- A good communicator
- Possess a strong customer service focus with the motivation to consistently drive high service levels
- Results driven and motivated
- Demonstrable understanding of food costs, budgets and wastage
- Sound awareness of health and safety, food hygiene, COSH and HACCP legislation
