Schools Sales Executive
£30,000 plus uncapped commission
Based in our office in Farnborough, Hampshire
Full Time Monday – Friday 8.00am - 4.00pm

iRock School of Music teaches thousands of children every week by sending rock musicians into primary schools and teaching them how to play in rock & pop bands. The Role
- Generate leads and contact schools to communicate the benefits of our service
- Nurture and maintain good relations with the schools throughout the full sales journey to close of sale and handover to the operations team.
- Analyse various sources of data and thoroughly research prospects to build sales pipelines
- Attend conferences to generate new leads and build interest in iRock
- Book sales assembly appointments for field-based sales team
- Negotiate terms with schools
- Effectively communicate, liaise and collaborate with other departments and colleagues
- Accurately update and maintain details information in the CRM system
Requirements
- Confident telephone manner and comfortable cold calling
- Good listening skills, with the ability to empathise and quickly build rapport
- Highly motivated individual who is organised and target driven
- High level attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven track record of working to and achieving personal KPIs and team targets
- Good at building strong professional relations with schools and colleagues
- Ability to negotiate
- Strong research and data analytical skills
