Job description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic IT Support Technician to work in the Post Production Industry in Soho, as part of a team of skilled professionals servicing client and staff needs.
- Servicing up to 300 clients and staff across multiple sites in central London and Bristol
- 1st / 2nd line IT support technician with at least two years of experience.
- Experience in remote support applications VNC/ RDP/TeamViewer, as well as hands on support.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to understand client requirements.
- Network troubleshooting: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Patching.
- Server Knowledge: Microsoft AD environment (W2012 + ), GPOs, User Account Management, Security Groups, Distribution Groups.
- Microsoft Azure/365 knowledge
- Desktop support: Win 10/11 Pro, MS 365 Office suites - MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PP, Anti Virus, Printer management.
- A good knowledge of general IT infrastructure and peripheral devices, such as Printers / MFPs, Wifi APs, hubs and switches.
- Required qualifications(one of) or equivalent: ICT L3, CompTIA, MTA, MSCA, CCNA
- Desired qualifications, HND or equivalent in Computer science / MSc IT
