We are excited to announce our Account Development sales team is growing and now hiring for experienced Sales Executives to join the team.
What will you be doing?
As a Sales Executive you will account develop established accounts by selling new products and generate additional sales revenue from existing customers through effective cross-sell and up sell activities. You will support customer retention through sales excellence and resolution of issues pre-renewal.
· Your role as a Sales Executive will be to promote and sell our software into either businesses, schools or accountancy firms via outbound business development calls and online demonstrations.
· You will speak to warm leads who have expressed an interest in our products and speak with organisations you’ve researched and called independently.
· You will build a trusted relationship with prospective customers and showcase our market-leading products.
· Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be a key member of a growing internal sales team servicing a geographical region.
· To implement agreed call campaigns to the prospect and customer segments.
· Work proactively with marketing offering campaign ideas for call out and specific e-shot activity.
· Working closely with the sales team to deliver the ‘wider team goal’.
· To identify new business opportunities for yourself and to exceed sales billings targets.
· To handle all inbound sales calls from prospects and customers who wish to discuss our products, as well as pre-and post-event follow up support.
· To create new pipeline through telephone and online activity
· To continually update and cleanse the customer database with key marketing and competitor information as directed.

This position is a fantastic opportunity for someone sales-orientated and self-motivated. As you will be in contact with our customers it's important that you:
· Bring at least 12 months B2B sales experience
· Have good organisation and administration skills.
