HydroSmart Cleaning Services (Invitari Ltd) have a fantastic opportunity to join one of the countries leading domestic cleaning companies. We’re looking for enthusiastic, determined people with a desire to succeed to join our Sales and Marketing team based in South East London.
We are expanding into the small retail sector and we are looking for a Smart, polite and motivated sales person to help deliver our planned expansion.

You need previous experience within the cleaning industry, particularly window cleaning, you will receive a full training and support package enabling you to make the most out of your new role with tremendous uncapped earnings that can start straight away!

Duties
The successful candidate will: be responsible for
- Delivery of our new business sales plan
- Build a sustainably high performing Direct Sales Team with the necessary engagement and competence to deliver business objectives
- Working closely with our Managing Director to establish a unified contact strategy and ways of working between local sales and territory development plans.
- In collaboration develop improved lead generation/new business acquisition processes.
- Ongoing development of operational excellence in Direct Sales Team.
- Organisation staffing levels, appointments and job design and performance management in a sales environment
- Communicate, incentivise and motivate a sales team
**Mandatory requirements
- Hold a Full Clean UK Driving Licence
- Have new business acquisition management
- Have Business to customer sales background
- Experience of managing a field based team
- Proven track record
- Have drive for results exchange, we will offer you;
