Innovate Beverages has a rare opportunity to join their unbeatable Sales Team

Who we are looking for:

A fast paced, results driven Moncton based individual with passion and knowledge for the beverage industry – beer & wine. This position requires you to be organized, motivated, and focused on the bigger picture for an overall provincial goal. Potential candidates would have team spirit, genuine thirst for winning and a desire to work cross-functionally with all sales and marketing. We’re looking for an excellent communicator and storyteller who will learn about the wines in our portfolio in order to recommend them to clients and guide their buying experience. The successful candidate should have level 2 or higher from an accredited wine course, experience in selling wine and beer and the ability to self manage.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Accountable for sales results and targets in designated territory

· Demonstrate fiscal responsibility while managing business expenses and A+P dollars

· Implement and execute territory sales plans by following agreed upon targets and service standards

· Meet targeted objectives by utilizing sales knowledge, ability to meet and anticipate customer needs

· Secure new business through sound sales professional and customer service skills

· Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships

· Attend promotional and special sales events as required

· Host events with suppliers and key customers

· Act as an ambassador for all Innovative Beverages brands

· Ability to analyze statistics with strong business acumen and utilize findings to maximize sales approach

Position Requirements:

· Self starter and highly motivated

· Serve Right Certificate

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

· Ability to analyze and interpret data

· Strong planning and organizational skills

· Exemplary customer service skills: including regular contact/communication, problem solving, follow through and attention to detail

· Excellent oral and written skills

· Valid drivers license

· Possess a dependable and insured vehicle

· Ability to lift/carry 40lbs regularly, ability to stand for extended periods of time as well as navigating stairs.

· Evening/weekend availability when required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From $45,000.00 per year
