what you'll be doing
As our Field Sales Developer, you’ll report to our Field Sales Manager. You’ll be winning new business by influencing our key food service and retail accounts in an innocent way in the wider West of Ireland region. We want you to help us sell as many drinks as we planned to (and a few more) by finding new customers and securing additional distribution in existing customers. You’ll be required to ensure promotions are implemented at store level and that we always look our best where our products are on sale. By working together with the people here at Dub Towers in Dublin, as well as our food service and convenience sector partners, we hope to make a positive impact on innocent and beyond.
you'll have
We’re looking for someone who’s motivated by and has a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Things move fast at innocent so you’ll need to be able to pick things up pretty quickly and also be able to figure things out for yourself when you need to.
You’ll also need the following important attributes: • With a passion for selling you’ll love working with people and be able to demonstrate a longer term vision of success for your customer. • You’ll be a proven negotiator. • You’ll be a team player who can contribute to the development of a high performing sales team • The ability to target and deliver new business within the Food Service and Retail channels • You’ll have to make sure innocent always looks great at the point of purchase • You’ll have the ability to communicate well and build relationships with customers • A quick learner, you’ll have bags of initiative and be pro-active at getting things done • You’ll be comfortable dealing with numbers • You’ll have a full valid driver’s licence as you’ll spend most of your time on the road visiting customers.
