Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Representative Intern. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in sales and develop essential skills in customer engagement and relationship building. As an intern, you will work and support in achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- *Assisting in identifying potential customers and generating leads through various channels, including research, cold calling, and networking. *Conducting product or service presentations and demonstrations to potential clients. *Building and maintaining relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up activities. *Responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate and timely information about products or services. *Collaborating to develop sales strategies and tactics. *Assisting in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and other documentation. *Participating in meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. *Monitoring sales activities, tracking progress, and preparing sales reports. *Supporting in administrative tasks, such as data entry and CRM maintenance. *Adhering to company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality of customer information.
Requirements
- *Currently pursuing a degree in business, marketing, or a related field. *Strong communication and interpersonal skills. *Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain relationships. *Proactive and results-oriented approach to achieving sales targets. *Excellent organizational and time management skills. *Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and CRM software is a plus. *Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced sales environment. *Ethical and responsible conduct with a commitment to non-discrimination and equal opportunity.
Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation depends on your experience.
