Immigration Advice Service, a firm of UK leading Immigration Solicitors are looking to grow their motivated sales team working Remotely:

You will be working within a well-established sales team, following up on inbound leads, answering inbound calls, making a high volume of outbound calls and following up with clients via email and other contact channels.
As we continue to grow our services to reach clients across the globe, to enable us to continue providing an excellent customer experience to our clients, the suitable team members will understand and have a good knowledge of Nigerian culture and the local currency.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, professional yet personable, able to work on own initiative and be effective with minimum supervision. In addition, will be a team player, confident, customer & Sales focused, proactive and possess excellent communication, planning, IT and organisational skills. A lucrative commission structure will ensure you are rewarded for continuing performance.
Our commission structure really is uncapped, there is no minimum target to achieve commission & you are rewarded well for what you sell from day 1.
This really isn’t your typical run of the mill sales Job and no 2 days are the same, you will be required to listen to clients, understand their personal circumstances and sell in a way that is sensitive yet tenacious, be on your A game when it comes to objection handling, building up a strong pipeline of your own clients and being their go to throughout their time with IAS.
The role is complex, involves some admin, it’s challenging but rewarding and requires a lot of self-learning on the job.
Although you are not expected to become an Immigration expert, you will be required to learn and to have sound understanding of UK immigration processes and different visa options.
All training will be provided remotely via Microsoft Teams, along with ongoing guidance and support with regular coaching and performance management taking place.
Key Responsibilities
- Dealing with inbound enquiries from new clients over the telephone or by email
- Listening to client’s enquiry, conducting a detailed needs assessment and selling relevant advice and application packages, providing a breakdown of costs for the services sought and addressing any objections they may have effectively
- Using Sales CRM to follow up on leads and nurture your opportunities until conversion with admin work being a key part of the role
- Attending training events, exhibitions and conferences as required
- Providing an outstanding customer service to new and existing clients
- Undertaking any other duties as may reasonably be required by managers
- Consistently Achieving realistic Sales and KPI targets
