Essential Responsibilities
- Completes administrative tasks such as: answering phones, filing, scanning documents, mail collection
- Order’s office supplies and equipment; may coordinate computer requests, phone and office moves, and other installations
- Provides support to Quality Department with technical manual formatting (word based)
- Assists with Accounts Payable and Contractor Payment Process
- Provides backup support to bookkeeping and inputs data as required
- Assist with inventory counts and order picking
- Maintains and updates various contact and distribution lists for the organization
- Tidies and maintains reception area/ stores room
- Helps to organized company events such as employee celebrations, open houses, and charity events.
Qualifications
- 1 plus years’ previous experience in a similar reception/customer service role required, experience within the Aviation industry an asset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and an aptitude for learning various computer systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with internal and external clients
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and set priorities
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
