We have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales & Sustainability Assistant based in our Exeter store. This is a part-time, 24-hour a week contract. You will be joining a great team!

This is a customer-facing role, where you will be working in our 'Circular Hub' (just before our check-outs) to give damaged products a second chance.

Scheduled induction date: 15 and 16 July or 05 and 06 August.

WHAT WE OFFER

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
We are looking for proactive and energetic individuals who are not afraid to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. We are on the look-out for someone who has great communication skills, attention to detail, and enables a successful shopping experience for our customers by ensuring that our products are in the right place at the right time.

We are looking for someone with a 'can do attitude', who can multi-task, be cost conscious and have a passion for being a part of something bigger. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people, an eagerness to learn and will embrace change with a solution-orientated approach.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

• You will take necessary action on products to give them a second chance, such as repackaging and assembly.
• You actively approach customers to identify their needs and advise them on the best solutions for their life at home through home furnishings.
• You are passionate about the range and home furnishings, curious to learn the stories behind the products and their design.
• You support maximising sales by being proud of your areas of responsibility, ensuring the customer meets an area that is clean, well presented and easy to shop.
