Hashmi international ltd is a Fast-growing importer, wholesaler, and distributor. Based in
London, we supply food and soft drinks to the independent supermarkets, butcher shops café and restaurants in England

Job Title: Sales Executive

Salary: 24K-27K

Location: London

Reports to director

Responsibilities

• Sell and promote products and services to customers in line with agreed sales targets
• Increasing sales to existing customers by developing long-lasting relationships through effective communication, trust, and integrity
• Develop new business by attracting new customers and promoting products
• Regular account maintenance to ensure customer satisfaction
• Create and manage special price and product lists for customers
• Enter customer orders in a timely and accurate manner
• Handle customer enquiries and coordinate with internal departments as needed

(Accounts, Transport, Warehouse, Technical, etc)

• Communicate clearly with other departments to make sure that customer requirements are met
• Work closely with Logistics to ensure smooth delivery and high standard of customer service
• Handle returns, complaints and other claims from customers, and coordinate with the necessary department(s) to resolve problems
• Work with Accounts to resolve questions about customer credit limits or payments
• Demonstrate knowledge, understanding and enthusiasm for business and products in order to ensure customer satisfaction
• Ensure adherence to relevant legislation as well as company procedures and standards
• Perform any other reasonable management requests as needed

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in sales and/or customer service
• Experience in wholesale trade helpful
• Knowledge of Asian/ethnic foods helpful
• basic computer skills for data entry and communication Microsoft Office (Excel,

Word, Outlook)

• training to be provided as needed
• Well-developed interpersonal, organisational and communication skills
• Able to respond quickly to operational demands
• Foreign language skills helpful but not essential, especially Urdu, Punjabi and Hindi

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
